I have my thoughts on why but will wait for an investigation.

As I said before, could randomise the sending email address but this would likely mess up with people rules.

There are probably too many people who have tagged *@geekzone.co.nz as spam instead of editing preferences. It'd probably help to have the e-mail notifications default to off and have people that want e-mails turn them on I guess.

i suspect your right... maybe it would help if the emails were far more unique in content!

surely someone like SMX cant block geekzone.

it only happened after the change to office365 so i suspect its something to do with that rather than people marking the email as spam.

Considering is only one email address bring blocked I think it is people marking as spam rather than using the unsubscribe link.

hugely coincidental don't you think?

you changed the sending side it stopped working. its something to do with the sending side that SMX doesn't like.

It is coincidental but not improbable. Correlation does not imply causation. It could be that now the platform can fingerprint something else. I'm essence it still down to spam management.

Let's see what comes out of any investigation.
