Having a really hard time trying to connect to e-mail and Microsoft Teams this morning. I did try their live chat and the agent I got said they are having problems too and put it down to a problem at Microsoft.

I'm trying to re-download the Teams Client and its taken about 15 mins to pull 1 meg so far.

E-mail is taking a very long time also.

Trace route to outlook.office365.com shows the following

I've got two clients with teams of 15+ users working from home using 365 services.

They have confirmed 100% of the users with issues are vodafone customers. Those on Spark, 2D etc etc are all working flawlessly.

Vodafone issue NOT Microsoft.
