I cannot seem to get back into my account after support removed a companion for me (removal cannot be done from the app apparently).
Now my account appears blank with no services on the app and web?
Not sure if its something I need to do or what, doesn't appear to be any helpful info anywhere...

Call OneNZ customer service and mention it to them and get them to take a look

They have literally reinstated my account wrong 3 times now LOL!

If the companion was removed today you may find during early hours tomorrow morning a sync could happen on one of the backend platforms and you may get your access back tomorrow

Companion was removed 4 days ago ;)

 

3.5 hours today to get this sorted, and I had to provide a screenshot to prove what I said was true to avoid 'additional charges'. In the end, not my mistake.

 

There has got to be an easier way to remove a companion...
