johnr: We have heard you want plans with more data and are working on it. We'll have new plans to share with you in June
John
I aim to misbehave.
oxnsox: C'mon folks... 'June' is 3 to 6 weeks away (depending on which part John is talking about). He's been good enough to say when changes will be announced.
Moaning won't make the time go any faster or improve your 'internet experience', whether or not you feel it's worth the wait.

fail...
i guess vodafone has problem getting more bandwith
networkn: Holy Smoke! What is with you people.. Actively trying to lose market share? Not enough bandwidth? It's a broadband plan upgrade not an oxygen supply contract, let's get some perspective. Up until the other companies mentioned they were upgrading their were no such silly commentary..
I am disappointed, by the delay, but what is the point of carrying on like this?
Deep breaths people, it's internet, not oxygen!

+1.
If people are really unhappy with the response it's not like they can't change providers. There's lots of options out there. Personally I'd like it to happen a bit faster but them's the breaks.
And thanks for letting us know what's happening John even if it's not the answer everyone's looking for.

I get what you're saying, but one could take issue with the idea that one shouldn't give voice to complaints about inadequate/insufficient/misleading customer service when one is paying a business to provide said service. Personally, I won't complain; I'll just wait for the announcement and make my decision then. The silver lining is that a month is plenty of time to shop around and weigh options.
networkn:
But you aren't complaining about inadequate/insufficient/misleading customer service, you are complaining that your service provider hasn't announced it's plans (to potentially give you a FREE data allocation increase) in a time frame you are happy with, which isn't even close to the same thing.
networkn: No-one said those were your ONLY two options :) You could wait patiently too :)
