Seems that 'tis the season for data caps to be rising. Given that Vodafone have always been pretty aggressive with their data caps it'll be interesting to see if they react to Snap, Orcon and Telecom...

Here's hoping Tongue Out

I hope so! 60GB is just not cutting the mustard any longer.

My gmail says they increased from 30GB to 45GB on the 1st July 2011

Then forum on Geekzone says they increased from 45GB to 60GB on Oct 2011

Hopefully its soon!

Any insight from Johnr?

Man I would be so happy if my 60GB got even bumped to 85GB, would give me a little buffer, I break my cap now each month by a few GB and the gap between 60 and 200GB is just silliness.

I'll donate $100 to a charity of JohnR's choosing if the cap goes from 60GB to over 150GB :) (On business plans)

I hope I only have to wait until midnight cos my 60GB just ran out now I either pay $30 for another 60GB or 10 days on dial-up!

I hope Vodafone do something shortly to match Telecom and Orcon data increases im lazy to keep moving customers around ISPs, most of the 50 connections im responsible for are @ Vodafone right now.

We double our 60gig plan most months (in fact its been a good few months since we havent had to). I tweeted Vodafone last night and received a reply saying their product managers were aware of the competitor moves.

Hopefully that bodes well for some news soon.

Agreed.. I'm on the ultimate 60gb plan too.. most months I get to about 4-5 days left, and have to double data.

Anything over 100gb upgrade from 60gb is welcome :)

At least you CAN double your data, on business plans they don't!

Oh crap, I wasn't aware of that! Do you get reduced to dial up speeds then?

I can't stand dial up at home. Its so slow, that Gmail has trouble loading. Its a PITA.

Still waiting each day for some sort of press release.. Come on Vodafone!
