John

Actually I don't know what I would do if I won. My insurance I think stops me doing very risky things, plus I have a young family. I would be in agony. I guess I could donate to charity if I won.

Removed joke about astronauts exploding in case it reflected badly on the promotion :)

JohnR has a no asking rule. He is now winding up the black Vodafone helicopters..... ;-)

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

haha - I did notice when I logged in it says "Ultimate Pack standard" as my package.. I'm sure it wasn't that before? also does that mean there are going to be other "Ultimate Packs"?

Edit:
Sorry forget that, its referring to my calling plan as "Standard". Nothing new.

noticed that awhile back..

anyway, yep its june.. cant exactly expect its the 1st of june they are doing changes (although i was hopeful - who else counted down the days?)

all that was said was june, really that could even be at the end of june but ild expect in the next week changes should surface, maybe silently over queens birthday? :O

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Considering we were told " Very Soon" on the 30th of April. It's been a long and disappointing wait.

as i said i was counting down the days hoping it would be like a 1st of june thing, but im not going to bother throwing my arms up about it, vodafone were quick off the mark the last few times data plans went up so maybe this is their turn to be a bit slower..

none the less .. steam downloads just get to pile up .. hopefully we will hear more from vodafone soon, or even better a sudden boost in cap :D

Ten hours and 38 minutes until the first "it's June now" post.... i expected it to be much faster?! LOL

JohnR said IN June.

Remember the saying under promise, over deliver?
Well just tell yourself that the announcement is coming on the 30th June that way you might be pleasantly surprised.

Considering we were told at the end of April that the announcement would be " Very soon " I reserve the right to be disappointed.

Vodafone has been great to me, nothing wrong with their service but this announcement has just taken too long and i couldn't turn down two free months, 1 free tivo and a reduction in monthly plan.  maybe in 12 months i might come back, sorry Vodafone.
