Doesn't hurt. Only takes up about 130bytes to post it. Do you have the issue too?

Getting so fed up with this money grabbing outfit.
I don't know why you continue to put up it with it. Just build a bridge, and move on. If you've got documented proof of communication and poor speeds over months I'd be highly surprised the TDR wouldn't support you if Vodafone refuse to waive any ETCs.
