ThatGuy2004: Hi chc4dai: The freezing and picture stuttering appears to be affecting a few people on here and I'm sure TCL will be working on a fix. Hopefully TCL will let us all know whats going on soon ...hint hint.

The brochure says the guide shows the programmes for the next 7 days. We only got it installed on Monday so this is our first week. Thanks.
Check your modem is online/working and do a restart of your T-Box.
Thanks. I will give that a go. As we are still in our first week I wasn't sure what was "normal".
We got this too today, no data for any of the channels (yes we got it installed monday last week) A restart fixed it but I'm loathed to restart the machine every time we need new listings.
lurker: Anyone had a bill since upgrading to T-Box? I did and I got stung for the upgrade ($100), will get them to sort it out. I'd say check your bills but then you're unlikely to miss it!
