I'll add to the list of people reporting goodness.

Sites that were previously unreachable or loaded with errors are now all OK.

Yep, looks back to normal here. I don't understand why this never appeared on the faults page on vf.co.nz - seems like a fairly serious fault.

guess we might be talking about different issues - but the one with intermittent reeeeeaaally slow loading of specific (for me) US based sites is still happening.

My 'proof' is that i can hit the sites quickly consistently on another machine that is running via iphone 'modem' but the one on vf/telstra/clear cable is horrendous occasionally - but those same times the iphone connection loads fine.

Based on the complaints here it makes it look like our problem here is worse than the Auckland power outage! :P

Seems to be OK now.

Pretty much 2 days, with no indication on the service status at all... maybe the GCSB had a few problems with their latest tap ;-)

Was still running like crap at home around 4pm apparently, but a router restart seems to have sorted that :)

This morning around 8 am the problems appeared to be fixed.

After about 9.00 am the same old problem of slow international sites came back.

I have rebooted the modem and my router and this has made no difference. I am located in Khandallah, Wellington (ex-TCL cable customer).

Will the Internet speeds improve when the school kids go back to class and the weather improves?
