jesseycy: Shash, can you verify, for yourself, can you still use your "Gateway 1", after your device has been provisioned with VFX (and hence locking out the settings for Line 1).....
I'm still going nowhere at all! It's giving me a headache, and I still can't figure out WHY I can't get any calls through at all, through my gateway 1!
Yea, same on my side Jesseyc; the Gateway1 worked for me before the VFX provisioning, it never got a dial tone after the provisioning of VFX, I think its something to do with the WXC's dial plans... needs looking at it again as Phil said here. The thing is 1# trying to do something if not you will get the WCX's ''incorrect number'' voice message, which you get when you do 2# or 3#. I pretty much every day I try this 1#, changing setting on SPA changing my firewall etc.
The SPA is pretty much locked so I cannot see the status of Gw1 whether its connecting or not.. Triesd refreshing the SPA's web console page no luck.
I have tried so far 2talk and voipstunt.com, with no luck. I thing WXC should look into this I'm also worried these changes will do something to Gw0. It’s good to have Gw1 working.
BINGO! I've made my first call via Gw1. Yes there is dial tone on Gw1.
Thanks Phil, Family is back after a month long overseas Holiday this weekend...... got to tidy up all cables and my VOIP lab which my lounge!!
Jesseycy, I have no issues with SPA3102, running well, I have static IP on my SPA and using one internal DNS, one external DNS (202.27.158.40). I have also specified Domain (Name) in the settings. Router status says its up for the past 7 Days and 14 hrs.
Only the difference might me I'm using TCNZ broadband on this line,(as you can tell from the Secondary DNS)
My other line will be ready (SPA2102 + dual line) with WXC's naked dsl sometimes this week, will monitor this.
