*sigh* and i thought the drama was over

got disconnected last night 5 times within 5 minutes

hopefully it was just a once off - now i also need to chase up TCL in regards to credit on my account - ive only received 1 month of credit,

12th may - roughly a few days ago

thats all of june, all of july, and perhaps may as good gesture? if not a half credit - ive received 1 month credit

also the credit they were going to give me for taking time off work for their technicians to come out repeatadly on one day hasnt been issues

needless to say ill be chasing them up about this - thats up to $150
