We suggest that, if you are experiencing this issue, you check you are running the latest firmware.

As I have previously told you I have a Sony KDL-40CX520. This is always updated with the latest firmware as it has an Ethernet connection and is updated automatically whenever one is available. I have never had an issue with the sound before. This is new and I been using the t-box with this TV for at least 1 year.
