The problem with before christmas is that it closes out all the deals that other ISPs are offering!

I'd rather just stay with xnet....what's the chance I can just go back onto the plan i've been on for the last 3 years? If i'd known that I would loose my plan, I would have left it connected for the 3 months I was away.

If you knew you were returning then the best thing to do would have been park your account (put on hold) i'm pretty sure you can do that.

However I do agree the waiting game can get a little tedious at times especially when like you say the competition is ramping things up too.

I have a question for the WXC guys these new offerings iwll it be the standard broadband only offerings or will NDSL get some loving too??? One thing that annoys the hell out of me is that a lot of the companies are offering deals but seem to leave out the NDSL people which I think is totally ridiculous when companies try to push VOIP telephony.

Our NDSL plans will definitely get some love!

Hi,

When I rang I tried to put my plan on hold but I was told that was not possible and the only option was to disconnect and reconnect. Is it actually possible? If so, that is a bit of downer.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Not possible to put a plan on hold with Xnet, the service is either connected or disconnected.  I haven't heard of any provider that can put a wholesaled service on hold without removing the service/dsl (potential port waiter issues, install delays/costs when you want it again).

Hmmm i'm sure I read somewhere you could but this would have been years ago (and then there's a small chance i'm thinking of another service hehe) oh well at least I know now so if there's the tiny chance I'm away for several months I will need to cancel.
