OT: I'm also finding that I can't find my current txt600 bundle balance online or via txt, I can only find it via phone???

Most You Choose customers are unable to find their remaining balances out via the 777 Bal or MYA section online. If you get get details it will probably only be your included core minutes and not any addons. You can only get your full balance by ringing 777 and listening to the automated message.

Haha, I can't even get my full balance from 777 (via txt bal or calling).  Same goes for the rest of the users in our company.

To be honest, their billing system is a f*cking mess.

Vodafone are working on it. Currently they are forced to use the global system so they have to get everything streamlined first.

I can only imagine they are itching to get it re-implemented automatically.

Lock this thread, it's hardly useful now. I made a blog bost with the "best of the info" on it as this was getting trashed.

I have never had any trouble getting my full Mega Plan addon details when ringing Vodafone on 777, they always delivered. I also use to work for a company that had 24 employee's & no one ever had any problems getting their full details when phoning Vodafone on 777.
