Has anyone received their phone/broadband invoice for April from Telstraclear? I seems like Vodafone has integrated Telstraclear's billing system. However, instead of billing for April/May period, the invoice billed the March/April period again, which was charged in the last invoice issued in March!! I tried to call the TC customer service but they just couldn't see the problem but told me it was all computer generated!! I left TC for woosh in March and it made things even more complicated!!!

I haven't received an April bill yet but I'll certainly double-check it when it turns up (I expect to get it in early May).

I noticed on mine they charged me an extra $6 for about 6 gigs of data use which I couldn't find through the usage meter (no additional data packs used), they were good enough to credit me this however

If you changed your plan last month then your allowance is pro-rata as well - not the new total allowance but (allowance / 30 * number of days remaining in monthly cycle). If you use more than that then it will be extra usage blocks.

Gladly mine wasn't pro-rataed. I got the new full allowance for the remainder of the month. It's just ticked over, looking at the usage meter now there is a gap in time.

Interesting. My account doesn't show a gap. Your usage wasn't billed obviously... Mine is still counting.

A glitch in the matrix obviously.

I've repeatedly seen a disconnect between metered usage/overage and billed overage.

I strongly suspect that the monitoring and billing systems are using slightly different measurements (GB vs GiB or something similar)

Until today the top line read 3 Apr - 16 Apr, Lightspeed 60Gb, usage ~30Gb.

Just got our bill today. Looks like we've been billed twice for the phone: phone only price in the phone section, then the whole bundle price in the internet section. Previously the internet price was the bundle price less the phone price.

Looking at the picture, if you click the plus it should expand and show you the 3 Apr - 16 Apr period (it only shows your current/last period for each plan in the screenshot).

I've had this occur sporadically, three times total. The difference in my cases have been the invoice including data from the last day of the previous billing period i.e. 23 Feb - 23 Mar rather than 24 Feb - 23 Mar. This puts me within 100MB (I don't remember exactly but close) of the difference between usage meter and invoice.

Just received my first Vodafone invoice - what a mess - got charge $155 for 150GB instead of $95 (was on month-to-month) - on the phone to CS to sort it out - they have transferred me to retention now - on hold - what a waste of time! Yell

Are you aware that 11pm to midnight on the last day of your billing cycle counts towards your next billing cycle? I had a big long email exchange with TelstraClear about it 6 years ago, but it still hasn't been fixed.
