Hi, any ideas what happened today? My speed is extremly slow. Can't phone to 0508 888 800 saying "We can't to process your call right now" or similar. Cheers

Giving your location would go a long way helping people pinpoint problems. There are lots of places with TCL service, but each have different configurations, cables, etc.

I noticed on Wednesday that the speed on my connection (cable - 4mbps/2mbps) had slowed to 256kbps each way. Left it for a day assuming it was a speed issue on the network at the time, however it was still the same speed the following day. I rang through to TCL (20 minute wait) and they confirmed that for some reason my connection had been restricted to 256kbps each way. No explanation as to why it happened however it was sorted out and fixed instantly...
