just wondering, how is excess data sold on the capped plans? in blocks or? thanks

There's no excess data as such.  The data is all charged at the same rate so if you're on a capped plan you're paying just over $1/GB and if you hit your cap and you want to keep going you can log into the customer portal and increase your cap, or you can make it unmanaged so there is no cap and you just get charged for the data you do.
