Hi,

General Query for anyone in the know how...

I'm a tech for a small business that has recently implemented 2 calling lines. (I have very little know how on how the Telecommunication Network Operates)

We have set up VoIP up and running as our primary incoming line (with WxC) and Copper as our failover line (with Vodafone)

We're trying to achieve (with Vodafone) to have the displayed Caller ID to recipients of our calls when calling out on copper to show the number for our VoIP line instead as our VoIP number is our marketing number (or even our show the 0800 number which we also have with Vodafone)

We've spoken to Vodafone and they claim that it isn't possible because Chorus doesn't provide the ability to do this, would be good to hear from others that may know if it is definitely possible or not possible as having the copper line showing a different number from all our marketing isn't ideal.

Thanks!
eLJJ
