Too many errors in it to be a correct email, but jumping around the Vodafone site looking for any answers is more difficult than it should be ..

It is. There was something posted on Twitter yesterday from Vodafone saying they were aware of some phishing emails doing the rounds and they were trying to shut them down.

Delete it now and be gone with it!

You just have to hover over the links to see it's fake.

On Chrome the link doesn't work anyway and it correctly detected it was a phishing site and told me to go back.

Just hover over the link and you will see it goes to a server in Poland http://serwis-it.pl instead of vodafone.co.nz... You don't need anything else to know it's not legit.

Cheers all, the URL was one of the many clues I had that it was probably fake.
(However with short URLs it seems to be harder)

Lol at the refreshing database.

Good for you for asking.

Please note: I have a professional bias towards Vodafone.

Usually short URLs will show you the destination URL if you add a + at the end: http://gkz1.co/CyberMondayAmz+
