This has been going on for years.  Unfortunately it doesn't look like it's going to change anytime soon.

At least they are open 24/7. I just tried to call Spark and they are only open 8am to 8pm. !!! I want to add roaming to Oz and keep getting a 404 message when I try to do it online.

I wait and then they cannot find my account as i am on there other system so i had to wait even more longer. this is silly. I am switching back to my old isp.

Wow, that was almost 2 hours of my time and NO response. Shocking!

I used option 3, TV/Cable, as I'm having an issue with the TV Recorder (TBox) not displaying anything when connecting through HDMI. Composite and S-video works.

In this case, I really need the call centre to assess whether I need a technician sent to replace the box.

No it has not!

Vodafone Mobile CS used to be great. Now it's not as good (has some wait times but still bearable), but I feel the issue lies with the ex-TCL services and the customer service provided in that space. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
