I made order for plan change via Online Shop this morning and I've received the email confirmation that it's done. I've check My Vodafone and it is confirmed.

My previous plan was Smart $80 and the terms finished this month/now.

It seems easy and fast, but it kinda give me a bit of concern.

The process to change plan is by "buying" new plan via Online Shop, although it seems to work but it is kinda misleading too. Does anyone else think it so - or just me?




Internet is my backyard...
