Is anyone else having problems updating their Trend Micro antivirus signatures? I would say 50% of the time the updates fail - it worked earlier today. This time when it failed I checked their website with firefox and IE and I could't access it. I can ping their website, and www.alertra.com can access the website from 8 locations around the world, so their website is up.

Is anyone else having this problem with Trend Micro or other antivirus vendors?

I think traceroute and ping both use ICMP so I wouldn't expect any useful information from tracert. Here it is anyway. And below the tracert is a link to how it works, i'm on windows XP so I think it is ICMP
