Moved to FibreX 200 and 2 months gone. Not really happy, yes, the speed as ads 200/20
1. Drops connection 2-3 times a day for 5-10mins, before with Motorola cable modem, old plan 100/10, it will happened once in 6 months +/-, its all happening during day hours, not much affect me.
2. The big complain, it can't handle a connection to the office PC, how it works for me:
- home PC Windows 7/10 ->
- Windows build-in VPN ->
- Windows Remote Desktop Connection (through IP address)->
- office PC Windows 10
Handle 4-6 mins and drops, impossible to work, with the old plan I can work hours without single drop.
3. Vodafone TV box - full of artifacts, we don't watch much, just news at 6pm and its really bad
Booked technician, will come this week to investigate, and they told me they don't have any problems from their side.
Is there anything from my side I can check/do? Any router tuning(I'm using my personal one, instead of Vodafone)?
