Hey all,

I'm in the process of moving to a new build in a new subdivision in Halswell Christchurch and was hoping to stick with Vodafone for my ISP as I have been on their cable network for a long time now and have had a relatively good time with them.

The new place isn't in part of the cable network so I'll need to move over to Fibre which I have no issue with.

However when I put through my moving house request asking for Fibre Max (available on the online tool, but I know they are not 100% accurate) I was informed that vodafone don't offer Fibre Max outside of Dunedin and the best I could get is the Fibre 200 plan.

Is this true? It sounded a bit weird to me so I've put my request on hold in case I need to shop around for a different ISP and I was hoping someone on here might be able to shed some light on it.

I live in Christchurch and moved from FibreX Max to Fibre Max about a month ago.

Definitely available.

To my knowledge, Fibre Max is available everywhere we sell Fibre. Have a chat with the team on 0800 533 010, or if you're that way inclined, pop into a store for someone to confirm what you can get at your new address.

Thanks both of you for your help.

After going into a store and confirming I could get Fibre max, and then having to re-ring the moving home phone line (as the store couldn't perform this action) we got to the bottom of it and everything is sorted.

Thanks again.

Sorry for the runaround... Usually the staff have access to the same sort of tools our in-house sales people have, so it's odd that the store couldn't help. :( Glad you got it sorted though.
