I believe the Ultra hub has 256mb ddr3 ram in it?

Just a curious question, in theory can it be swapped out for a larger size? I have few stick of ram sitting around doing nothing.

Does anyone have a photo of the device internals?

There are no user serviceable components in the Ultra Hub.

Edit: to clarify in this context, if I recall correctly the Ultra Hub (H500-t) is very similar to the Sercomm H500-s; that model’s SOC (which includes the RAM) can be seen on https://openwrt.org/toh/sercomm/h500-s
