It was working up until a few weeks ago. I know they don't support it but does it still work for others?

If we were to switch what hardware do I need and could I use a spark router I have spare.

What is the model of Spark router?

Unless something has changed you may need to set the Spark router to connect to One using DHCP instead of their default PPPoE. It may alternatively be called IPoE or "Automatic" IP mode in the router config interface.

Is your question about IPv6 support on Contact Broadband powered by Devoli, or regarding OneNZ (cause you posted in the One NZ forum ;)? One NZ != Devoli
