I note that both MyFlex and Auto top-up options for pre-pay are no longer available.

However, there are a number of Pre-pay plans available, based on monthly payments, and an Auto top-up based on a minimum of $5 remaining.

Question:  What happens if one does not drop to the $5 trigger point?, viz. does the top-occur on the monthly date or not?  If so, is it the full monthly amount or just the balance to make up the amount?

Well balance would drop below $5 if the plan goes to renew and not enough credit on the prepaid account so then it would be triggered

The oddity is that they say "From 10th April 2025, the option of Monthly Auto Top Ups is retiring", meaning the account either tops up when below $5 (BUT from where?), or it is topped up manually !

What happens if the account is still above $5 but passes the monthly anniversary ?

I ported a number to them 14 days ago, and still haven't received the porting 5gb bonus. When I ask support they said just to wait longer 🤷

Then looking at the new prepaid options, bit odd what's going on there with the new options if I didn't need starlink messaging for an upcoming remote trip I think i'll move to an MNVO after I'm back.
