I have spoken to a couple of call centre people, both of whom are absolutely terrible communicators, about this matter. Ideally I'd like to post this question on the VF forum but I'm still waiting for my password recovery email.

Anyway, I am currently enjoying the 3GB bonus quota on this plan - all fine and dandy. However, when I log in to VF website to check my account it only shows the 250 MB limit, and I cannot track beyond that volume. The first CSR I spoke to said he had fixed it so I can now see the new quota and track the usage. Well, I checked this morning and it still says 250 MB. I spoke to a 2nd CSR who had great difficulties understanding what it is I'm after. I gave up in the end.

The question is...how do I track my usage between the 250 MB and 3 GB volumes? At the moment I can't tell how much I am using over the 250 MB limit. I have installed traffic monitoring app on my Android but that's not the most reliable solution. I flash various ROMs for on semi regular basis and occasionally forget to backup my monitoring app and its data. Then there's always usage between flashing new ROM and restoring apps, etc. Basically it's not the most reliable method.

For those of you on Smart plans, how are you tracking your usage in the "bonus region"?
