Same here in wellington, noticed since around 5am at work and then also at home.. Some sites wouldn't load at all or take minutes to finish loading.

Seems to have improved a bit but still slow.

Yep - called faults and got the whole "what brand is your router", "no known faults", "what colour are your eyes" questions before they checked with the "help desk manager"... then yes there is an issue, something todo with routing... "a known issue, should be fixed by midday".

OK, great, but if its a "known issue" then why dont they UPDATE THEIR STATUS PAGE!...

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*sigh*

Ditto here as well, a call to "support" said they were not aware of any issues ........

I even linked to this thread in my support request email - just so they couldn't dismiss it as an issue with my own network!

Still no fix and their status page hasn't been updated!

Its SOOO annoying - if they updated their status page it would solve a LOT of mucking about.

Should make my first google+ share a moan about this...

Hi everyone, we have no network issues at the moment. It would help to have specific sites that people are having trouble with so we can test.

Thanks, Gary

Thats not what your help desk says... Try Twitter.com - takes AGES to load, Engadget etc etc
