Lolmil116: Thanks again for the help and explanation of why you think this is happening , even if I disagree with your thinking re: the refund.
I can’t expect people to contact their suppliers to have to ask them to update something to be able to call me (and I assume others in my position), especially as I won’t even know they can’t contact me as they can’t let me know as the phone number doesn’t work...
Seems I am stuck with a number that only some people/networks/landlines can call...doesn’t help me at all and had I known this I would never had signed up with them. Perhaps the old phrase ‘you get what you pay for’ is appropriate here.
