I suggested to my gf that she should move from prepaid to contract on B&W however I am now regretting ever mentioning it. 2 Days now she hasn't been able to receive calls and text messages and now her clients think her phones been disconnected and my gf is blaming me for suggesting them. Cheers B&W!

Please send me a private message with the mobile number and name of the person who has set up the account and we will get this looked into ASAP.

We have identified an HLR issue but have a solution in place and I was under the impression the few members affected now have service.

Sorry and thanks

Its not a HLR issue but the SRRI routing of the calls before calls get to the HLR

Get a new girlfriend who understands sometimes technology doesn't work as it should.

----> By the way if you are reading the other posts this issue was fixed by BW once they figured out how to fix it. They did appologies for her fault and compensation for the down time. Which was a good end result.
