Hi.

I'm looking into 2Talks CloudPBX.

Does this system allow 2 sip incoming DDLs, and have 16 IP Phones (each on a separate extension, so each one has a separate login / extension number to allow a call to be transferred and also so one IP phone can ring one of the other IP Phones)

Yes, I think that is a good example of what the system was designed to provide.

I created a pay as you go account. I can't find how to create extensions for different phones.

Does anyone know where it is in the options on their website

The quick answer is yes. But the long answer is 16 phones will become extremely difficult to manage due to the lack of centralised provisioning and the fact that each "extension" has a full set of 'pbx' type features each.

You won't find a place to create an extension. You must allocate yourself the required amount of lines (general using the free 028 numbers). Once the lines have been allocated you can then give them shorter extension numbers (201, 202 etc). But then you have to go through all the lines, creating ring groups, AA's, voicemails etc. Just becomes an absolute nightmare.

For 16 phones my suggestion would be a hosted FreePBX instance so you have a 'proper' PBX to do all the call flows and things properly.

Thank you. I'm using asterisk and FreePBX right now. I'm looking into a cloud based PBX instead.

Does anyone know of any other companies that have a good cloud PBX?
