Hi.

We are interested in recommendations for providers that wholesale VOIP for resale.

Not interested in 2Talk. Prefer Cloud PBX that is polished, *reliable*, reasonably competitive and with support who are easy to deal with.

2talk whitelabel - full featured PBX platform. Average broadband platform. Average pricing across the board.

Voyager - excellent PBX platform (feature and management wise at least, reliability? hmmmm...). Good voice rates, steep platform access.

Devoli - SIP trunking only (no 'cloud PBX'). Excellent broadband management. Great pricing across the board.

Edit: Used 2talk whitelabel for around two years at my old company. Started at a new place, have got them set up with Devoli and absolutely love the Devoli portal - head and shoulders above whitelabel, but no 'cloud PBX' unless you use their Broadsoft platform which isn't really theirs and is quite expensive. Not an issue for us as we are pushing 3CX as the PBX product.

Voyager - What do you mean about Steep platform access?

Never heard of Devoli, but I think Cloud PBX is essential for us. Presumably you would put a box onsite, virtual machine with something like 3CX on it for SIP Only?

You pay a fixed fee to use their voice and broadband provisioning platforms - there is definitely value in a good portal, but in this game that just chews through margin.

Devoli is Vibe. Yep with 3CX we either host on a VM in a DC, or install on-site.

So if phone systems aren't your game, probably too much bother.
