xpd: Well, update is doing squat for me, no sign of 10 at all except the pop up saying Ive got it reserved.

richms: Downloaded it, verified it, started to do its thing, got to 60% and then closed. Nothing put on the USB stick.
I chose a 64 gig USB 3 really fast stick which was formatted exfat, if that was a problem for it, I would have thought that it would have alerted me to that when choosing the USB stick from the list.
Not off to a great start as now I have run the tool again, its dowloading stuff again.

reservation/windows-update method will be good for non-geeks. self-upgrade for all us impatient people. good to have the option eh?
