I purchased a Windows 8 Tablet when they first came out and it has worked well ever since. At the same time a bought a wedge shape Microsoft travel mouse to go with it. However when upgrading to Windows 10 the mouse ceased to function. New Battery did not help. Thought it was faulty so put it aside and did not use it. However I have just been told that Microsoft did not update the drivers for the mouse.
Also last week my wife's secretary' computer has just been updated from 8 to 10 and the printer no longer works. The techy that came out to rectify the problem has failed to get it working again.
Am I correct in what I have said above? Surely when upgrading, the existing equipment should continue to function. Can someone inform us what the position is and how we can get the existing mouse and printer to work again.
I think there is something fishy here somewhere as I updated my laptop from 8 to 10 and our network printer and Logitech cordless mouse still worked ok. What have we done wrong or not thought of?
