My daughters HP netbook will not boot into WIN XP including last known safe config and safe mode. No recovery partition or media supplied. Both HP and Microsoft cannot supply recovery media as XP no longer supported. Any one have any ideas?   New windows 7 costs almost as much as the netbook.

Thankyou

If its an OEM license, borrow someones OEM XP CD and reinstall off that using your HP key.
Should work fine, apart from having to manually install the drivers etc.
