Watch: Lewd act on Wellington train caught on camera

Wow. The Herald is really encouraging people to watch the lewd video they're hosting on their website.

And I bet they agonised over whether they should mark it as paid premium content.

I googled "facebook video wellington train", news, range last week.

It only two sets of results. It returned the New Zealand Herald article about the party girl trick (no where else).

I think it's unrelated, but at the same time stories had text like this: "There has been a rise in satisfaction from Wellington train commuters, a recent survey found"

Behodar:

You can't trust the Stuff quiz; the other day there was a question about the values of musical notes and the answer was wrong.

We occasionally do the quiz at work, and we have observed numerous wrong answers.

Countdown Cancels Delivery

How the hell did someone decide this was in any way, shape, or form newsworthy?

Gaaaahhhhh.

More fool me for clicking on it originally.

"I did point out that we are only 15 minutes away from the Dargaville Countdown despite being 18km away.  In Auckland, at certain times of the day, it could easily take 15 minutes to travel 5km."

She said she would now be driving the hour round-trip to central Whangarei to pick up her groceries, instead.

So why not go to the Dargaville one if it's closer?

That is now the most viewed "news article" on Stuff today.

I see 100% of the Stuff comments lot, sides with Countdown. That's huge in itself if they aren't joining in the whinging.

Kiwis seem to always side with the interests of businesses. I have never understood it myself.

Really?. We are a nation of whiners, worse than poms. There is always something wrong with something. Stuff comments is the extreme of this mentality. I want it, I want it now, I want it to suit me. Clearly not everyone is like that, but its a theme that's more and more common. Instead of oh thats not ideal but its not that bad, its, who to blame. Get the knife out. IMHO, better to deal with life's challenges as best you can and be positive.

As Stuff comments side with Countdown, that shows the poor me preciousness of the person that the article is about. She is alone in her apparent crisis. OIf the article was [perhaps a 50/50 issue, it would be 100% against Coutndown as that's a business. Tall poppy, poor workers syndrome.

I am not defending her. Just commenting on the reported comments. I couldn't be bothered to actually read them though I did read the article.

Predominantly because compared to some countries NZ has few really large employers and many of us are used to thinking in small business terms.

Amy Schumer gets real with Oprah about her pooping problems

From Stuff. Not even gonna link to that. Stuff really has turned to poop.

If the story was about a serious medical condition, or someone close, I'd be OK with it. Or even a discussion about when constipation should be brought to a doctor's attention. Or even ways to avoid constipation.

I had a boss who had serious surgery because he let his constipation go on too long. It really f_cked him up.

But no. It's was literally about Amy being temporarily constipated. Worse the next day she pooped, texted Oprah, and Oprah talked about it a second time jokingly.

I feel like I've gotten old, moaning about the state of TV.
