And of course now the messaging functionality on their app doesn’t work. So I replied to the email. I got a bounce back saying that mailbox isn’t monitored.

They told me to message them (broken), email (unmonitored) or call (FRO I want a paper trail with these clowns)

Screw them. I hope they get massive fines from the regulator for non compliance with AML legislation.

msukiwi:

Geektastic: Overnight delivery. Picked up yesterday. “Estimated” delivery today. That’s not overnight. That’s “possibly overnight”!

Also it isn’t here despite arriving in Christchurch at 0400. It won’t be here now until tomorrow. So definitely not overnight.

If it's CourierPost then it is RARELY overnight now for overnight parcels inter-island!

I ordered something from a Christchurch based retailer on Monday mid-day; and the item arrived in my Porirua-based letterbox mid afternoon Tuesday; tracking was NZPost.

See, it can be done!

I just used the messaging form on their web site last week https://www.tsb.co.nz/contact/message and that worked fine. They got back to me within a couple of days. I'm in the same time zone though...

Staying in a temp accommodation property for a few weeks while the house gets reinstated from March's flood damage. It's a rural property.

3.30am  - rooster starts crowing.

4am - rooster stops crowing

5.30am - new rooster (different sound/tone) starts crowing

5.45am - large dog somewhere around here starts barking at the rooster.

It's going to be a long few weeks.

Enjoy it - no cars up and down the street, no loud parties next door, no neighbours arguing or sirens going past the house at any and every hour.

I don't hear our rooster anymore, but I certainly get disturbed by urban noises when I stay in town.

That is got me thinking of the animal nursery rhyme. And the rooster goes crow crow, and the cow goes moo moo, and the dogs goes woof woof. And damn it now stuck in my head. You will now wake up at 4am singing that!

People pay big bucks for that life.

My level of interest in helping these clowns is pretty low.

I haven’t nailed down exactly what’s going on yet but it seems when I drag n drop a meeting to a new day in Outlook it no longer displays a reminder 15 minutes prior. Could also be that I’ve dismissed the skipped meeting causing that to be cleared.

Damn annoying when you rely on that for a rescheduled meeting.

Walking on the beach this morning, it was quite funny to watch a person walking their two dogs pretend that their dog wasn't taking a crap. Avoid eye contact and look straight ahead!
