You can turn off dub using the subtitles option. I've found subtitles preferable to dubbing

ahh so you can.. wish I had figured that out before I got to the final season hah..

was just so odd to see it was half dubbed and half subbed.. never thought of checking those options

May have been mentioned here before but I have just watched the 2008 limited UK series Criminal Justice on Netflix. Series 1 is five episodes and truly excellent IMO - has some well-known UK actors. Series 2 is also five episodes but totally different story line - good but not as great as S1.

Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

Upload - Amazon Prime

Interesting concept, interesting characters, about halfway through, likely to finish it.

I really enjoyed Upload, looking forward to the next series (I understand it's got the green light for another series).

I'm enjoying "Connections" new science entertainment show on Netflix. It's a reliable occasional light watch with no need to binge. Three episodes in.

Currently watching "Gangs of London" and "Devils". Still need to work through S3 of "Westworld" and S2 of "Mystery Road" on the MySky.

Binge watched all 3 seasons of Fauda on Netflix in the last couple of weeks. Loved it!

I usually watch with subtitles (somewhat out of habit, but often because I am doing other things and sometimes it's easier to be able to read dialogue) and as the main dialogue has been dubbed from Hebrew to English, the subtitle words often don't match the audio.

Half way through the second season of Dead To Me (Netflix NZ) and it's starting to wear thin.

Struggling to get through each new episode, despite the characters being vaguely relatable in some areas/aspects.

I just feel like they're starting to flog a dead horse.

Have recommended this to a few people now and they all loved it as well, something else you should enjoy if you haven't watched it already is "The Spy", based on real events of an Israeli spy who infiltrated the Syrian govt.. I was semi suspect of watching it due to the lead role being played by Sacha Baron Cohen but he absolutely crushed this non comedic role

it's a mini series, from memory only 6 eps.. very bingey so be careful !

Yep - watched that as soon as it came out. Would also recommend that to others who haven't watched.

Finished off the three-part BBC series "Quiz" I recorded a month or so ago (about the infamous cough saga on Who Wants to be a Millionaire). It was quite watchable actually.

Still glued to Gangs of London and Devils each weekly episode too.

I need to track down "The Night Manager", does anyone know if it streams in NZ or maybe you just have to buy it on disc?

I am working my way through the final season of Modern Family. It's still fantastic and funny, a couple of good LOL per episodes. RIP Fred Willard (Phils Dad).

I loved that there were gratuitous and unnecessary cameos littered throughout the final season...and they all worked.

Great show and looking back it's amazing how much the kids grew!!! Makes me feel old.

Hayley after Phil is given a trip to the international space station by a guy he used to mentor but is terrified to go:

"I can't wait to tell our kids their Pop Pop is an Astronaut!"

"What if Pop Pop is the last sound I ever make?"

LOLOL.
