Geektastic: When you start rating cars based on the comfort and convenience they offer rather than how fast they can go...

Yep that one bugs me how reviews beat their gums on and on about the qualities of the infotainment systems, but never mentions a dot about driving or handling dynamics.

Carwow UK looks at practicality and comfort and has separate section for the infortainment units. It is of course euro cars but a lot of it applies to cars sold here. The videos are enjoyable to watch as well.

It does.

I remember when I was a nipper at boarding school, we would come home for Christmas around 10-14 days before Christmas Eve. That 10-14 days was, possibly, the longest period of time ever. Now, Christmas is about every 5 minutes...!

You help your stepson move into his flat which is all the way down 4 flights of steep stairs and can hardly walk for two days (and counting) afterwards.

When you get amused about the next buzzwords coming along. My favorites: 'digital detox' and 'dark data'.

Is 'Dark data' something new? I reckon Bureaucracies have been collecting this on paper for years, we just finally have a name for it.

Maybe you know you're getting old when you remember physical bureaucracies and all their paper forms.
