Is the time and date correct on the device you are getting the authenticator code from? If they are more than a minute wrong, it will give an invalid code.

Its Authy on my phone, and time and date seem to be correct.

I got distracted by a visitor, so I'll have a go at changing my password and see where i get to.

@freitasm thank you for the eye, the monkey is also very cute.

So it looks like my laptop is defaulting to a different password, and it changes back to that after every attempt which I wasnt able to notice, but now I can!

So hoorah! I'm logged back in!

Are you using both the browser password store and the third-party password manager? This will cause problems...

Correctomondo, looks like Firefox passwords kept overwriting BitManager passwords, which I wasnt able to spot before.

All sorted now thanks.

Bumping the broadband plan up a notch. I'm working from home so a faster upload would be nice.

Two days in and I haven't noticed a difference. Speedtest seems the same.

Almost ten days in, two calls to One. Speedtests are the same. I'll give it a month. No point for paying identical speeds. Unless there's some router restriction. Been pretty consistent 500/100 for the last six months on LAN.

Not got a limit on the router set up for it to QOS things? That's a gotcha with the fritzboxes that people are still hanging onto for some reason.
