Tui. We have at least three pair in our immediate area in suburban Auckland NS. They make a lot of noise and I love it - also the way they fly in formation in pairs at very high speed only a couple of feet apart between obstacles and with rapid changes of direction. They always seem to be happy and enjoying themselves.

Kiwi might be our national bird but it’s Tui who do it for me - they do make me smile - literally.

Son has landed an A330 in a 3-axis LH flight simulator like a pro. The only thing left to improve is the way he takes the next exit after touch down. For the moment he would qualify for a cargo pilot with this style. wink

He's 15yrs old.

Did Eric Clapton really think she looked wonderful...or was it after the 15th outfit she tried on and he just wanted to get to the party and get a drink?

*Smile*

First I was wondering why ipv6-test.com showed up filtering - but now it's clear why I only can reach a score of 18/20 for IPv6. ;-)

So my 6 Year old daughter somehow got hold of the phrase "I love you, more than you love me" and there has been light hearted banter as to why it's "impossible" for her to love me more than I love her (because I'm bigger etc).

Last night, I went into her room right before my bed time, as I always do, to check on her, make sure her blankets are up high enough and she wasn't cold.

She was very asleep, but I gave her a kiss on the cheek and whispered "I love you more than you love me" and got up to leave. Just as I am about to leave her room, I here a tiny little whisper.. "Impossible!" and a little giggle, then snoring!

Was entirely the highlight of my day.

What makes me smile is that even people I vehemently disagree with can have a soft side. Human beings are wonderfully complex and contradictory creatures. They don't always fit in simple boxes.
