He's got a personalised plate listed "7" for $225,000

http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-accessories/personalised-plates/auction-1105417157.htm

Christ, it ain't even a photo of the licence plate. Who in their right mind would pay that guy $225 grand?

Perhaps the GZ community should question-bomb his listings in support?

Get a friend to buy the plate, and ask to meet him for the handover,

Give him a hiding.

Job done.

Just wait until tomorrow to see if the tracking number is fake or not

I've got pzero on my blacklist from ages ago, I've never traded with him but I was selling car parts and didn't want to deal with someone like him as he's been mentioned on other forums for the same things.. either selling and not delivering or buying and never paying

Back in the day we would rob a bank. great money if you don't get caught. Now, do this. Its sorta not a crime, but its no different to robbing a bank. The authorities need to get with the play. You don't need a gun, you just need a keyboard.

I mean if you want to rob a bank thats one thing, but why rob and steal from some guy looking to buy something as a commodity of sorts, who pays you out of good will (and foolishness) that you are offering only to take his money and run off. Specially a student with a recently operated broken leg..just dont sound right what hes playing here.

And for those of you guys who missed it, here's my draft so far that I will be going out tomorrow or so and hand out to the police and courts etc. Two can play this writing game.

Reporting Fraudulent Activities

To Whom This May Concern,

I would like to formerly report and bring into attention a case of ongoing Fraud with at least a hundred or more victims, myself being the latest victim. The Fraudulent operation Involves taking money for goods and services that are never delivered and if at all delivered never as described, It Is being operated out of TradeMe by an ANZ Bank Account Holder.

The details of the person operating the fraudulent activities going are as below

The ANZ Bank Account directly used for the fraudulent activities

ANZ Account #01-0102-0384113-00

The Trademe Account directly used for the fraudulent activities

Trademe Non-delivery report #60986

Details of my encounter:

I was looking for some tyres on trademe when I came across these two sets of MICHELIN 3MM-5MM 245/45/17 @ 2 TYRES (Auctions 1102462573 & 1102462554 so 4 in total) being sold by him. I asked him for more details and on June 11th I was contacted by him and he offered both sets to me for $470 shipped, I declined however he offered again and this time he settled to sell them to me for $300 Delivered.

On June 12th I paid him from my Kiwibank Account and gave him my address, all records of which are attached below with all other evidence’s I was able to gather.

He has since kept stalling me and stopped responding to emails, I have left him messages on his Trademe Auctions to which he has not responded and in return Blacklisted me as a method of silencing the victims he rips off and defrauds and as to not being Exposed.

As of today, 16/06/2016 I have contacted Trademe authorities and made a call to the local Police Station and upon emailing him with an ultimatum of giving me my goods or money back he had sent me an email.

Today I received a FALSE NZ Post Tracking Number from him (LA110223875NZ) Which have no Records on the NZ Post Website.

Please NOTE: NZ Post/Courier Post Does not ship Tyres or Wheels.

As you can see, this is another case of this Fraud that is being carried out through the Trademe Platform and its Illegal gains being Hosted by ANZ Bank New Zealand.

Below I have attached records, screenshots, bank transfer details and evidence aswell as email records of all that I was able to attain to support my case.

With matters above in light, I declare this to be my case with the NZ Police and also will be forwarding it through the Claims/Disputes Tribunal if needed.

As well request the associated ANZ Bank to issue me a retrieval of my funds as soon as possible.

Wait until tomorrow to assert the tracking is fake - as I said it may take a few hours to appear on NZ Post website.

I fully agree. Its like robbing lots of little banks that are actually living and breathing people. I think we all agree that the internet is great, but this is a downside. The Police need to treat it like a bank robbery, it is a REAL crime

This is exactly a chance for fair go or target to do something useful. It's a great story.

Na... compo's dead for years, he had an encounter with some crutches.

Should I try target or faigo? maybe I'll drop them a email or something to this thread? this is a real issue, would definitely be worth a look for em.

Target hasn't been on TV3 since 2013, so I would aim for Fair Go (if you want to go down that road).

I know a guy who had a misspent youth and has friends in the Head Hunters in Auckland. Perhaps they could go visit...!

If you want the truth about the tracking, simply ring the courier company and ask them to track it for you. I do that all the time with some of them, as the system they access is way more up to date than the web tracking.
