nzkiwiman: My parcel arrived in Auckland yesterday (17/12), after leaving the USA on Thursday.

That can't mean good things for my parcel then, as mine left the US on Wednesday (nz time) and i havn't got an email, yet some parcels that left a day later have arrived and email's sent. Undecided. Will leave it another day and hope for the best!

Should be safe there if YouShop have told you they've landed. Unless there's charges to be collected.

garvani: Has anyone had any activity from youshop lately? My parcel left 6 days ago and i haven't heard anything since.

Yeah, that seems to be one of my biggest gripes. They do seem to be so inconsistent... my most recent delivery supposedly shipped from the warehouse on the 12th (before yours) but I'm yet to receive indication that it has arrived in NZ.  not the end world, (if something really is time critical, use an alternative carrier) but annoying

ahh so im not the only one here on that shipment (the 12th) which is somewhat comforting to know. Wonder what happened to it, i suspect its been overlooked or held up for some reason

I had a parcel leave their warehouse on the 15th with an email saying they expect in in AKL in 5-7 days (probably standard blurb though). I will be pleasantly surprised if I have it in my hands by COB on the 24th..

And according to two emails (one from YouShop and one from NZ Post tracking alerts) my parcel was delivered just after 4pm. Not home till after 7pm to confirm however.

So far I have had three parcels from YouShop that have beaten an EMS parcel that left the USA on the 3/12 (though it had a rest for a week in the USA)

Its now been a week since mine left the states and no email to say it is even in the country! The comical thing about this is that several of you have had parcels delivered to you that left the states a day after kiwi_64 and my parcels. How does that work? Nzpost, this is the first and last time ill be using youshop.

Just tried chatting with youshop, they couldn't tell me anything i didn't already know from the website, which is that its MIA on its way to NZ.

Asking why other parcels that left later but have been delivered before ours even make it into the country:

"I know of people that had parcels leave the warehouse on the 13th, and they got delivered to them yesterday. Those parcels left a day later than mine, and have been delivered, yet mine hasn't even arrived in the country yet? How does that work?"
Rebecca: I am sorry but some items may proceed others during transit. This is why we set the timeframe of 7-11 working days.

My target delivery date is the 23rd on the website but i was told i can expect it around the 28th.
The target for delivery is 7-11 working days once it leaves the Warehouse. This sets your target delivery date to be the 28 th of December.

I'm in the same boat here as the other's who had their parcel marked as ship last Wednesday.

I had two packages shipped out. One on Wednesday and one on Thursday. The one shipped on Thursday arrived here in NZ on Monday and got delivered on Wednesday. The other package isn't even here yet :(

Its crap, another day gone and no email. Something has obviously gone wrong with that shipment, they must have lost it, how that happens i dont know! Shipments sent out 3 days later are being delivered but ours still havn't made it into the country.

Just as well i took up that $6 insurance!
