My bank in New Zealand sucks. My banks in the UAE are much worse.

I forgot to mention my bank. I am with Kiwibank. It is not completely horrible, but it doesn't give me warm fuzzy feelings either. It is just a bank. I only went with it because it is not an Australian bank.

I always found Kiwibank pretty good. TSB are crap but at least their systems are so bad you can avoid a lot of AML hoops by sending confusing replys to their stupid AML questions that I've answered many times. One day they might figure out that I live in a different time zone - my registered address is correct but what would that tell them?

It really is like dealing with the Clampetts.

Our primary bank is Co-operative Bank. In many years no complaints, they are very easy to deal with. We also have ANZ accounts. We have used Westpac in the past, they are a truly horrific corporation.
