People who post why they are leaving X teleco.
We dont need to know.
I like those. It helps me decide which companies to avoid.
Sometimes, it just helps me know what PEOPLE to avoid!
"Congratulations, your application for a RealMe verified identity has been approved.

Do they know something I don't?
That win10 search has size field that defines "gigantic" as "> 128 MB" ... suspect it's been same since win95.

"Your verified identity is valid until 11/05/2023."
Who will you be after that date?
- NET: FTTH, OPNsense, 10G backbone, GWN APs, ipPBX
- SRV: 12 RU HA server cluster, 0.1 PB storage on premise
- IoT: thread, zigbee, tasmota, BidCoS, LoRa, WX suite, IR
- 3D: two 3D printers, 3D scanner, CNC router, laser cutter
The propensity for technology to fail when you are under pressure and really need it to work.

Who will you be after that date?
The same as you are now - but with shortened telomeres.

RealMe verification was done as part of Passport renewal - I received the above snippet in an email from RealMe.
I note that it is also listed on the RealMe page when I log in.
Interestingly, I can't verify my Postal Address either - their system won't accept a Rural Delivery address.
Ok... Mine as verified in person at a NZ Post shop... Maybe this is the difference. I did use it to renew my passport but didn't get an expiry on the RealMe validation account itself.

Mine was also part of a passport renewal (I've never used it for anything else, indeed this is the first time I've logged in since then) and the expiry date is five years after the date that I would've done my renewal.
The details are listed as "Provided by Department of Internal Affairs" so I suppose it has something to do with being "foreign" data as opposed to being entered directly into my account.
I don't suppose anyone knows how long "some time" is when talking about YouTube?
A ~4 hour live stream finished at about 10:50 this morning and YouTube's docs say that it can take "some time" to become available for replay if it's a long stream. We're approaching seven hours later and YouTube is just showing a "!" icon. I wouldn't have thought it would take this long, especially when earlier episodes of the stream were available by lunch time.
That the length of a piece of string hasn't been defined.
