Well, I'm not trying to cause an argument, but I don't appreciate babyish people saying I'm a troll, or implying that I'm only here posting to get hits on my YouTube channel. I'm sure you've done the same things, at some point. I came here to get advice on a serious matter, but I get the impression I'm being falsely accused of instigating something. But meh...

No.
Were you trying to contact someone from Spark to assist with locating this person trolling you? That would make more sense (to me).
That would be a breach of privacy and end with that person losing their job.
Well, i'd hope it would as I'd never permit such to occur or tolerate anyone doing such.
I'm aware of that.
Possibly I worded that wrong. I didn't mean they would just hand out the person's name and number - more was he trying to raise someone from Spark to help (he did mention he'd e-mailed abuse@xtra with no response).
Web hosts never reply to abuse reports either. I reported Encyclopedia Dramatiaca before and only once was the page about me deleted, in the fall of 2010. Several years and zero luck later, they've relocated more than a dozen times to hosts in Europe, and they are using CloudFlare to hide behind, which means nobody can do anything about them now.

Afraid to say also the internet is free speech. Even if they were not behind Cloudflare there isn't much you can do to prevent this. If you react, it just makes it worse and encourages people to post more.
Just think about all the other people out there with things like photos of their feet on fetish websites etc...

Or Taylor Swift avatars...
5 days on here and 42 posts says it all really
What does it matter about one's post rank? Somebody could have 2 posts. Somebody could have 70 posts.

yes but the difference is the time period in which one makes those posts
Really?
I think we have all established the only avenue the OP has is via the authorities, so perhaps this thread could get moved to Broadband or Off Topic? As this has nothing to do with Spark even if the individual is a Spark customer or perhaps the troll is using a hacked Spark broadband customers connection.
