Receiving a txt from Spark saying that the price of the $29.99 Onebill plan is going up $5 and "We recently emailed you about this, but can see that it didn't reach you." If they know there was a problem with the email, they didn't email us at all.

No, they just never saw you take any action from the email. They probably had their outgoing emails blocked by the excessive spam filtering that they apply.

No action was required. Maybe people earlier in the billing cycle have already reacted to an unannounced increase.

Yet another example of companies doing stuff without any testing: One of the guys at work was just showing me the TAB website, which was apparently recently redesigned. The field for entering a bet amount is now broken. He did his customary "10.00" bet and accidentally bet $1000 because he didn't realise that the "." doesn't work anymore. Fortunately the horse won!

Upon further investigation he found that the "." on the main keyboard works, but the one on the numeric keypad is ignored. Why?!

$8! What a bargain! I could do with a handful of those to sprinkle around where the local hoons like to do skids...

Do scooters have solid or pneumatic tyres?

It depends. The cheap ones are solid. The good ones are pneumatic.

Would be masochist, but I firewall the sites, to hurt myself.
