I ordered my first thing off Amazon and used Youshop. The package had been delivered on the 24th of this month according to USPS tracking but Youshop says there is nothing waiting at the warehouse... they also haven't contacted me about paying for shipping. Anyone else had this? Possibly been discussed here already but the thread has gotten pretty big now.

Cheers

Adam

When did you place your order, and what YouShop address did you use when placed the order?
FYI, they have recently shifted their depot/warehouse so your YouShop address will have changed. Any orders shipped to the old address will eventually be forwarded to the new address but there may be delays.

I would anticipate that if it arrived on the 24th, you should receive notification this evening. Unless as mentioned there's a small delay due to the site changes.

Ring their help number with the usps tracking number. I had a parcel lost in transit for over a week. If your customer number cannot be deciphered then they don't know how to contact you.

I would suggest that either yourself or a mod remove your unique YouShop customer number (e.g. NZ1234567) to avoid having people send random parcels to your YouShop address that you may end up having to pay for.
Just a thought. :)

And here I was just thinking of a way to burn cash.  Purchase a whole bunch of items to be delivered to a random Youshop address...

I hope so. Still haven't heard anything yet.. Getting a little bit worried bout it, I payed 200 bucks! for my item. I definitely followed all the steps that Youshop told me to do. I will contact them tomorrow if I still haven't heard anything.

Cheers

well from what Ive read, you have the UPS tracking details. I guess you can use that to show NZ Post.
Hopefully the UPS guy hasnt done a swifty or someone at the depot hasnt done a swifty.

Im sure it will turn up.
Might pay to let the supplier of whatever you purchased know that your currently trying to trace the whereabouts.

I signed up and made an amazon purchase. I have been buying stuff from amazon (US, UK and de) for almost 14 years but this was my first go with youshop.

I was a little worried because according to the magic NZ post computer, my postal address does not exist. That means that I cannot get post from organisations that validate postal addresses according to the NZ post database.

But youshop just happily accepted my address which NZpost says does not exist.

Now I am looking forward to my new toy!
