I think we have all established the only avenue the OP has is via the authorities, so perhaps this thread could get moved to Broadband or Off Topic? As this has nothing to do with Spark even if the individual is a Spark customer or perhaps the troll is using a hacked Spark broadband customers connection.
I've moved this to Off Topic. I don't think it has anything to do with any NZ ISP. For all we know somebody could be running a TOR exit node on their home connection.
